12 producer challenges in 12 days

We made it to day 12 and what a fun ride it’s been. This was my first time doing any sort of daily series like this and it ended up being really interesting to go through the creative process from one song to the next with such different tracks and artists. Some of them felt like they came really naturally and others were a lot more challenging, but no matter what the outcome I think I still took a lot away from the experience.

In the final episode I took on X by Lexie Liu. This was an artist who was completely new to me, I knew nothing about her at all going into this challenge, but wow, she turned out to be one of my favorite discoveries of the year. Not only did I really enjoy making my own track for her vocals, but the original was really cool! and so much different from where I was expecting it to go.
